"The new management is great, but they really need to get new contractors! Not only do they smoke in the units, blasting loud music when working, they leave doors and windows open for weeks on end, but also leave the lights on and their tools scattered about. Talk about trashy! They do a terrible job at clean up and leave most of their work unfinished. That is if they even follow thru with looking at the problem. The tall bald contractor guy is very rude and cocky. Always complaining about his boss and the management. He often stomps around and just smokes or is on his phone. The first round of painters were terrible! The new guys are a lot be better. Unfortunately most of the units, though an older complex, were very rush during renovations. There are a lot of great reviews regarding the property and management, (for sure deserved!), but lot of neighbors complain about the contractors and their lack of job completion and commitment. One guy had to wait months for a simple patch on his wall! There’s way too many cars parked on the street and not in the parking areas. It makes getting in and out of the complex and driving on Straughan dangerous! They should move away from the street parking. It’s too crowded. I prefer my parking at Cambridge. It’s very open and I don’t have to wait for someone to move their car. Plus the fitness center rocks! I enjoy spending my time there or walking the green built since it’s so close. The updates to the laundry facilities have been really great! The property management really communicates and follow thru. They take quick action on issues with residents, pets and any other issues. They have been so much better than the old management! Look forward to the improvements and hopefully better maintenance contractors."

"This is the first apartment I’ve ever moved in to fully on my own and by myself and everyone has been incredibly helpful. Management is very nice, and the community is great. They were flexible with me where I needed which was such a big help. Really amazing experience so far! :)"

"The staff are friendly and helpful. They are usually quick to respond to any queries and requests you may have. I'm currently in a renovated apartment so I can't speak for any older models. The renovated models are nice and sleek. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The laundry facility is kept clean though it should be noted that there is no Quarter dispenser so you'll have to source them yourself. Overall, I recommend it for young professionals and young couples."

"Cassie and Laura were great and helped us move into our new place smoothly and on-time. So far we've loved being in this community. The location is quiet and just a short walk away from downtown Boise. Maintenance has been on top of things and does a great job keeping the grounds beautiful and in working order. I would definitely recommend Cambridge/Dorchester if you're searching for an apartment!"

"The new Management staff is nothing short of amazing. They were extremely accommodating and professional during the application and rental agreement process. Laura and Cassie both went above and beyond to create a warm and inviting experience and have been amazing to work with during such a big move for me and my little girl. The property is fully remodeled on the exterior with nice grass area , pool , plants and landscaping. The property is well maintained and quiet given its proximity to the stadium. Units have double pane windows keeping the noise outside and the hot water and heating are very hot with great pressure. The neighborhood seems very safe and there is a large park and Arboretum within walking distance. Large beautiful homes along warm springs to enjoy if you take your pet or kids for walks in the neighborhood. If you enjoy fishing and hunting the Idaho Fish and game administration building is within a 1/4 mile. There are walking paths to access the stadium and other local areas nearby. Only downside is limited freeway access if you have to commute out of Boise. Wonderful property , neighborhood and management team."
