Riverside Apartments

"Air condition unit is poor and does not keep up. Windows have cracks along the frame. No dishwasher, old refrigerator, poor old coil stove. I have no idea when the dryer ducts were cleaned out because the dryers don't work very well. Just not worth the money."

"Trudy, the woman who is in charge of on site management has the worst customer service ever! She will mistreat tenants who have kept the property in upstanding condition and paid every bill on time. She has zero regard for the tenants here or the lease tenants have agreed to."

"This complex does what it says on the tin. The property manager has an office on site and lives on site, and is very invested in keeping the property looking good and in good repair. If something breaks, you can expect one of the resident maintenance guys up there fixing it anywhere from two minutes after putting in the work order to the next day. Price is reasonable, covered parking is $20/mo. Location is great, it's on a side road that doesn't see a huge amount of traffic, a half hour walk from downtown via the Greenbelt and ten minutes from BSU campus. Close to Winco, Albertsons, a few bars within walking distance, and close to the freeway. I haven't had any issues with neighbors, they're friendly when you run into them and there's no unreasonable amounts of noise besides the normal upstairs neighbors footsteps. My only complaints are that there are no pets allowed, but the apartments are a little on the smaller side so a dog or cat wouldn't have a lot of fun here anyway. There is also no smoking allowed. I've lived here a total of four years and the only reason I want to move out is to buy a house."
