"I don’t hate it here but I was definitely deceived. I was shown the model and my apartment looks nothing like it. There are stains on the wall, cracks in the fridge, normal wear and tear but wish it looked like what I was shown and or some of these things fixed before I moved in. I can’t even get a new sink spout without paying $200 for the “upgrade.” I will say, I’ve become friends with the main guy in maintenance and he’s really nice but there’s a high turnover in the office so it’s hard to make friends with anyone who could help get things done. It just feels like a college dorm with some nicer amenities like the pool area. While not anyone’s fault, you can hear everything. It’s not a quiet place to live. The location is everything though. Walking distance to some amazing spots. If you don’t mind feeling like an elder college student who plays adult, it’s a decent spot. It’s just not for me"

"Living here is a hit and miss - some employees are nice, helpful and mature, others not so much. (Same with the tenants now that I think of it!) The location is nice, but falling into disrepair. Their efforts would be better spent responding to personal emails and concerns instead of constant email blasts up-selling amenities or informing of closed areas. 3 stars."

"Overall an average place to live. We had a few issues with neighbor noise, ice in parking lots, lack of maintenance to public spaces, and pool closure a frustrating amount. Overall, the office staff was kind and helpful, but at times hard to get ahold of. Our main frustration was the RUBS (community amenity and maintenance) fee that was billed each month. This paid for maintenance of amenities that were often closed and unusable. If you choose to live there, make sure to stay on top of them in the winter for ice removal! We fell multiple times in the parking lot when there would be weeks of ice build up. Personally I didn't have many complaints until we moved out. Out of the $400 deposit, we got a refund of $7. Mainly because they require professional cleaning and carpet cleaning (which at other properties are always covered by the property management company) which totals $335. So right there, your deposit is basically gone. That combined with other various fees, it was a bit of a disappointing situation. All in all we ended up not renewing our lease because we found a better price and quality elsewhere. Overall the deciding factor was that each year our rent continued to raise in price even though the ADVERTISED rate for our exact unit was over $300 less than what we were paying. I'd definitely say you can find somewhere better to live."

"Dog isht all over the park because no baggies available for a few days. Pool and jacuzzi being closed a lot, especially on the weekend of 4th of July, place not being maintained/cleaned. I’ve been here almost 3 years and management just stopped caring. Tried resolving my concerns by communicating directly; no luck. If you wanna live in what feels like the ghetto, sign up. Not renewing after my lease ends at the end of the year :]"
