"Nice size rooms. The front desk was very nice and they had free cookies! The bathroom is a decent size, towels are not great, not soft. Beds were comfortable."

"The hotel is ok, clean and comfortable. We didn't have a chance to try the pool and breakfast. One star goes to the worst customer service received from hotel manager Mr Tyler Wells. We left the room in perfect order but after a couple days I noticed a charge of $500. I contacted the manager and he told me that apparently, TV was broken after our stay. I asked him to prove an obviously false charge and to do his due diligence. He sent me pictures of a damaged TV from some other room and gave me some lousy explanation. After a number of phone calls and emails, He didn't want to refund me money and didn't provide any valid points for the charge. Thanks to the lady from upper management (I think her name is Beth) I got my money back. Never got apology from the hotel. That was my worst experience of such kind. I got blame and charged for nothing. I am not sure about the story behind (what really happened and who broke the tv) but that is not my business. Be extra careful with Mr manager and check your invoice."

"Beds are on the firm side. Service was excellent great staff. Good breakfasts. In door pool was nice. Location can be loud due to quick access to freeway. Also street racing was going on out front of the hotel, later broken up by police sirens."

"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. So clean and quiet and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options. The pool and hot tub were not crowded at all, we got them all to ourselves! The jets in the hot tub were pretty weak as was the shower head in our bathroom, but otherwise I would highly recommend this place ☺️ it made our first time in Boise so lovely!"
