"It was okay. A port in the storm so to speak. I was glad I had my husband with me. I'm not sure I would feel safe as a single woman traveling. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice. It's a bit of a challenge to get out on the busy road. I didn't know there would be an extra charge when making reservations. But it was only 25 dollars."

"I see from the comments that the hotel was very grateful for Danica's glowing review. Her stay was so wonderful that anyone who wrote a negative review. is a liar. Well Danica I guess I will have to be the first to tell you people have different experiences. From the the reviews I'd say very different than yours. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before I decided to stay there. I would have known they charge an additional $25 if you have a dog. Even an ESA dog. Which is actually illegal according to Idaho law. When I booked online. It did not say anything about a pet fee or pet friendly room. The rooms are not pet friendly. Anyone who has a dog especially a senior dog knows that lenoleum is not friendly to your pet. I was adamant about not paying the extra fee. There were no extra charges at check in. The next day they charged the card I gave them for the deposit $75. The dog didn't even stay for 3 days he only stayed 2. On Christmas Day went down to have breakfast. This was ruined after drinking spoiled milk. Then there was dogs s*** outside my room for 2 days. Then last but not least needed to do some laundry. No hot water for the washer and after putting seven dollars in the dryer, my clothes were still wet. I told the staff not one person said sorry or offered a refund. I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms. And this is by far the worst experience I've ever had."

"I do NOT understand the reviews some people write! The negative reviews written about this hotel are absolute falsehoods. Here’s our experience: We checked in late at night. The front counter staff were completely lovely. The hotel is clean. The hallway has a nice fresh fragrance. Our room was clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet. The shower pressure was good. Our only reason for docking stars was because our window wasn’t sealed shut due to the lock being broken the noise from the highway disturbed our sleep. Overall it was a really good stay. They’re definitely providing good value."

"It was JUST ok. I agree with the other people who left reviews about their being smoking inside the hotel/rooms even though all rooms claim to be non smoking. Does not seem like the staff enforce this either, as they too were also seen smoking outside frequently. Also staff at the front desk weren’t the best. They were not very friendly. I will say that housekeeping workers are great—Thank you for your hard work! Do not recommend though."

"Quality Inn, Meridian, Id. Worst ever. This hotel pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. No elevator. Had bugs on wall. The bathroom was a joke. This is a hotel for the 20 year old party animal to sleep the night off. Bath tub maybe 3 foot long. Left and found a better hotel. Would not suggest this for anyone. If i could do zero stars it would be that. Not to mention it was almost impossible to get luggage through the front doors with the cart. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and it was s struggle to even close it Because it recess back in the wall. Also no closet, they hung an iron and clothes rack by the old outdated ac unit, almost impossible to adjust. The bottom of tum stained with dirt. Just overall no attention to detail that one would expect at this price. Only somewhat possitive was bed wasn’t terrible."
