"They give residents points equivalent to a $10 gift card to write reviews here. AKA they buy good reviews. Parking is atrocious and you rarely ever find a spot that isn't a 2+ min walk from your apartment, since a majority of parking is paid. The walls are so thin you can hear every footstep from people above you and every car driving past. Almost every door in our apartment is misaligned so you have to slam it to get it closed. The AC is incredibly loud and right in the living room. If it is on you have to literally yell for anyone to hear you. You will not get a single dollar of security deposit back, and will probably owe a few hundred even if you leave the place looking better than when you moved in."

"Amenities are nice when there aren’t gigantic parties going on late at night and broken glass everywhere the next day. Looks super nice but is actually very ghetto. Trash overflowing on a daily basis, people don’t even try to throw it in the bin. Cases of corona stacked 8 high. People rent an apartment and then have anywhere from 2-10 people obviously not on the lease stay with them, staring through our sheer blinds. If you gotta move here get a top floor"

"Dovetail has exceeded my expectations! My apartment is very homey and I always feel safe. I was surprised at the amount of space I have. I've needed maintenance a couple times and they are always quick to respond and very kind. The office is also so great and I love the community activities. The location here is amazing too. I have a covered spot so I don’t have to worry about parking, but there are many spots for visitors."
