"Within a year we got 3 eviction notices...that is a 25% chance of them losing your payments. One was even cashed and we had to print out the withdrawn check with our apartment number written in the memo to prove it. Another instance is we payed for more then one month and they forgot?! The other time is they applied it to another account. We called the emergency maintenance line because of a leak in our ceiling in our office/computer room (full of electronics). Never got a call back and nobody even knew about it when I complained the next day. Every time you call the office you need to call back at another time when 1 of the 2 actual managers is in the office, because the assistants cannot do anything or leave notes for the managers. If you lock yourself out of the apartment, you will have to wait till the next day when the office opens to get back in. Edit reply to new management New management does not mean new company. I wish you the best of luck in trying to fix this brand. If the owner was fine with it having terrible ratings for years, they will be fine with it still having terrible ratings."

"Arbor crossing is a great place to live.. the office ladies/ maintenance employees r so nice! Very helpful when asked for help with anything calling Uber for me or just listening to me about life lol Thank u everyone always!"

"I cannot recommend arbor crossing enough. The staff Amelia AND Jen have been incredible and made this process so smooth. Jen went above and beyond to make us feel like family and has been helpful in reminders and always responds quickly and in a very kind way. Jen went the extra mile to help with my approval process and I truly feel like we have friends here. When we first moved jn we were able to attend a barbecue pool party complete with all the barbecue favorites and my daughterloved the selfie wall!. I never saw Jen stop grilling , apart from greeting people to make them feel welcome. She is pleasant and so are the rest of the staff. My daughter was hesitant to move at just 7 years old but they've made it so she's so happy here. Thank you arbor crossing!"

"The girls in the office are very helpful with every phase of property management. The maintenance crew know what they're doing, you don't have to call them 5 times to get your toilet fixed. They usually show up the day you call about your problem, you don't find that everywhere!! What I like most , is the fact that they try and make you feel like your part of there community. Keep up the great work everybody we appreciate you and everything you do for all of us!!! N. C."

"They should tell all residents, if you invite guess over it will cost them $150 just to visit you. They have a small sign ( not facing the road) permitted parking only. We had to see it on the way out. No signs anywhere else. I'm sure they get a cut of the towing and parking fees."
