"Baron Properties is a slum lord in a nice suit. The management team does not uphold the lease and treats people poorly. Josh - the manager - is a liar and doesn’t keep his word. They are only interested in gettin your money. Rents are raised every year like clockwork. I’ve see as little as a $100 increase to a $600 increase. They do nothing about people breaking the rules: smoking on the property, drinking and loud parties at pool until 3 in the morning, they don’t enforce the dog poop policy. They handle no tenant disputes or issues. Their solution to everything is “well, you can always move out.” It’s a “business” not a “community” — Update to this review after move out: because of my honest review - I received a $699 bill for “carpet” to my unit - above the $500 deductible they kept. They are vindictive and petty. They tell you everyone has to pay to have their apartment cleaned by their cleaning service: a shocking $305 - because they claim my unit was “extra dirty.” Then they charge for soiled carpet - which you could barely see in the photos! I guess the tea or what ever they poured on it hadn’t had time to darken up for the pictures. They charge a fee for pet damage (the barely visible pee) & the fee for carpet replacement fee. So, because of my review - they soaked me for an additional $1125. And I had already given them a $1500 penalty payment for ending my lease early. And to top this off: Josh told me in front of Courtney that I wouldn’t be charged for carpet - because the previous managers had put in the wrong carpet. And it was good for 5 years! Lies!"

"The apartment was super clean when we moved in. So far all the amenities have been great from the trash service, washer and dryer, and the gym and rec area. They had flexibility with move in dates with us."

"Absolutely one of the best places I have lived. The staff truly care about the well-being of the tenant's within the community, and do every thing necessary to assist the tenant's with any issues. Awesome maintenance team that is efficient, friendly, and quick to address any maintenance issue's that arise, no matter how large or small, they can always be counted on. This is a very safe, family oriented community where people actually speak to each other with a smile and acknowledge your presence! Beautiful in the summer time with a beautiful in ground pool and unlimited shopping in the immediate and nearby areas! Simply a great place to live!"

"I love being able to look out of my courtyard-facing patio and see such beautiful flowers and trees blooming! We hear the red tail hawks most mornings and it makes spring time so nice here. It’s very relaxing and inviting regardless of the season. Our dog loves relaxing on the patio too!! One free parking spot takes the mental stress off finding one after work and there’s a reasonable amount of parking for our second car. We have enjoyed the on-site tot lot and zero entry pool for our little. It makes us feel welcomed to use the amenities and not have to sacrifice his safety. We’ve used the clubhouse for a birthday party already and Lisa was so helpful. She reserved our spot quickly and is always so nice to talk to on the phone. We’re really happy to live here!!"
