"We love living at Cortland! Matty went above and beyond when helping my wife and I move from out of state. She helped us choose a unit with a view and did a FaceTime tour to give us perspective. The amenities are wonderful and the quality of the apartment is definitely luxury. On top of that there are always food trucks coming each week and many events to get to know your neighbors. The pool is perfect in the summer and the gym has top notch equipment. I highly recommend living here if you’re in search of a Meridian apartment!"

"These apartments are kept up very well! Besides fresh paint in spring, the maintenance crew has been out early mornings, afternoons and evenings making sure the sidewalks, common areas are cleared and safe to walk on. I have been grateful for how active and up on it they have been with all this snow, freezing rain and cold cold temperatures! They do excellent job making sure us that live here can get in and out safely!"

"Unfortunately I am not able to stay here cause of my own things going on but, this has by far been the best staff and operations I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment complex. Genuine people who are always nice and make you feel welcome. Lori, Matty, Melanie, Mason, and anyone else I didn’t mention have been so helpful and attentive. Even after I told them I would not be staying they have never changed. All nice, professional, respectful, and amazing complex. Thank you guys so much for making my stay/departure an outstanding experience. HIGHLY Recommend"
