"The apartments are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cost is on the high end, but management is reachable when needed. I just wish there were more off street parking. The street is congested, and difficult to navigate in the evenings and weekends."

"The apartment started booting people for Christmas. Great management idea. $150 charge for parking. The ticketing is so indiscriminate that they even have been booting their own residents when there isn't even a clear idea of where to park. Honestly just depressing to even consider living in a place that does this."

"“DO NOT RENT” Please do your research before you decide to rent an apartment at this location. The parking is a complete nightmare. There is none!! You will hear your neighbors every single time a conversation takes place. They keep raising the rent, and they have nothing to show for it. It looks nice on the website, in person..not so much. The water from your living room faucet is dirty (milky) when I called to address this issue, they told me there’s not much that can be done. Ridiculous pet fees/deposits. The Liberty Asset Group and the Management are not there to help you when you need it. When we moved out, we did the right thing by cleaning that apartment, ready for the next guest to move in. They took over $500 of miscellaneous cleaning fees from my deposit, and all they told me was that they use a 3rd party vendor for their cleaning. (Just trying to get you off the phone so that you’re not their problem anymore.) I expected some fees to be charged, but nothing like this. When I called to speak with management, it was a waste of time, she laughed. We’ve moved on!! I highly recommend not doing any business with The Liberty Asset Group."

"Absolutely awful company. In the middle of a global pandemic, when people are STRUGGLING to even pay rent, they will send out security to tow your cars. They will not put proper signage on their property, misleading tenants into parking in spots that are not blocking anything, or causing any disruption. The spots have no markings, no signs, or anything to imply that the spot will get you towed for being in. Previous management specifically told us that that spot is OKAY to park in. We DEMAND change. Very difficult to get into contact with. In short, unless you’d like to line the pockets of a company that will needlessly and heartlessly tow tenants’ cars in the midst of a global pandemic, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT APARTMENT."
