"Well table rock residential has lived up to their horrible name in the industry. It is impossible to get ahold of anybody any the office about anything. You’ll be lucky to get a reply through email a week later. They don’t reply to texts and have not answers a phone call in months. Work orders take weeks and they’ll lose their master key and not make a new one no matter how many times you leave a key for them. The only reason they are still in business is because there isn’t enough rentals for everybody out there. If you have choices stay away from any table rock property"

"2 years back I had moved from boise to Arizona. (BIG MISTAKE). We decided to move back&apartment hunt. We had a terrible apartment before in Arizona with tons of problems leadless to say it wasn't healthy for my children or us. When we had aparment hunted carefully we had stumble across this aparment. We told the manager glen of our situation what we had before. And he was so sweet on assuring us, and making sure we had a look at it, and answer just about a million question we had. When we were ready to move in when got approved, he had walked through with us in case of any issues. He made us comfortable It wasn't difficult, so nice, suspicious. I've been living in this aparment about over 6 months now. I can say it has felt nothing but home. If I moved my next move would be buying a house because this is how wonderful the apartment is. It almost feels like a house. Glen very accommodating, understanding, non-judgmental, and any issues he will have matience there in 24 hours or if emergency he or matience is there right away. Thank you glen for making this experiance and letting us have a home feel like home."

"Nice apartments with W/D in unit for all 2+ bedroom units. Fairly quiet area, kept clean, assigned parking for each unit, and the manager Glen is a very nice guy who is very easy to work with. The apartments are fairly large, and while they're a bit more expensive than some you're getting what you pay for."

"In the 3 years that I lived here I had no real complaints about the complex or it's management. If there was a problem with something in the apartment, maintenance as there within 24 hours. Nothing fancy but reasonable on rent. The staff are pretty friendly. Five stars represent perfection and there is nothing that is perfect. Like 99% of all apartments parking is an issue for a 2 car household."
