"Genuinely one of the best places I’ve lived or rented from in Idaho. Affordable and they are so nice apartments. The management rocks. Rylee and Talon and so great and on the ball. Maintenance is so fast, they really care. The amenities are 10/10- great gym (has Pelotons) hot tub and pool. They are always doing cute things too, like this month a gift wrapping station put up for anyone to stop by and get some Xmas gifts done."

"These apartments are awesome! The pool and hot tub are legit and the gym is much better than at other complexes I have seen. I love the BBQ grills and the fire pit. The capaccino machine in the Clubhouse is the best...everytime I have gone in there I was greeted by Rylee at the front desk. She is lovely and always very helpful! Talon was the Maintenance Supervisor here but now he is the Property Manager. It really helps when you have a maintenance problem that he knows what you're talking about when you try to explain what's going on and can quickly solve any issues. The maintenance guys Bill, Shayler, and Dawson all do a great job keeping the place looking nice. The staff are great and the residents are super friendly! These apartments are awesome!"

"The apartments are nice, but the management has a LOT of issues. Changed 3 times in the year I lived here with more issues happening every switch. Also, don't expect deposit back at all. Lived here 1 year, they moved other tenants in 2 DAYS after we left, and we've been given so many excuses as to why a check still hadn't shown up with the invoice of what they "fixed" The made-up charges had been seen by maintenance and confirmed that it was a non-issue 2 months before we moved out, just highly disappointed in the management team for this property."

I specifically chose this complex for the floor plans, the amenities, and especially for the great people who manage all aspects of the Prelude apartments. They are all friendly yet maintain their professionalism. They do their best to accommodate the residents while ensuring the complex remains beautiful for everyone. The location in the valley provides convenience and some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you’ll ever see!"
