"Dillon’s pharmacists are the kindest and most reliable I’ve dealt with this past year! For some reason pharmacies in all stores in the area have been buzzing and have had long lines and lots of hustle and bustle these past two years. Not sure why they have been SO busy, but it must be stressful. In spite of this, I haven’t found any curt or uncaring behavior from any of the pharmacists and pharmacy workers within the Dillon’s store at Central and Maize in Wichita! On the contrary, one of their team was most sympathetic to me on a day when (do to medicine shortages and doctor’s prescribing new, untried and true meds for my son), I had confessed I was losing hope of the matter ever resolving. She stopped and took the time to reassure me, saying not to lose hope, and all would be all right in time. She also listened and gave me some suggestions, as well! I went out of the store with tears in my eyes; all I’d needed was to have someone empathize and care, which she certainly did! My deepest praise and thanks to Dillon’s Pharmacy workers at Central/Maize store! Wish you didn’t have to work under such busy, stressful circumstances and I wish there was something I could think of to do for you in return for your constant kindness. You make going through the rough stuff a little easier!! ☺️"

"** Update -- service has improved dramatically. Some issues at times but nothing major** I have to constantly keep calling them to call my doctor and get a refill on my prescription, even when I select the option in the automated phone system. I normally have to talk to a pharmacist no less than 3 times per month before they contact my physician team. I always select the option to have them call me when my script is ready and have "opted in" several times in the store with no success of calls. I am now switching my scripts to the Walmart across the street."

"The pharmacy tech's here can be extremely rude. I have one prescription I always pick up 2 days early to make sure I have it. I can't go without it or I will have a seizure. The woman that "helped" me last time forced me to come back the next day to pick that one up but let me pick up the others. It was a day early in the late afternoon. It was too late to call my doctor so I had to come back first thing in the morning. When I came back they told me to wait 30 minutes! I guess I'll just have to driver further away to avoid these people."
