"We come here to buy bulk items for our business. This location is on par with most SAMS' ...except for the cashier ....she charged me for 9 items when I only bought 8....then argued with me when I called her on it. We counted everything and reviewed what she rang up and she was WRONG but refused to apologize. Otherwise....good store."

"Matheui helped me fill up my tank and washed my windows for me at the pump today! It was a very nice surprise for me as I usually go to the west Kellogg location and I have never had them do that for me. He was very kind and friendly"

"You wait to go through the check out. That's bad enough. But the line to get out the door is ridiculous and uncalled for. I realize it's a Saturday and it's busy, but the line was from the door wrapped all the way around the registers and past the meat aisle. Just because the old man in the mask was scanning every single item in the cart. If you wanna do that then check people out!!! I have been a long time member but will be going to Costco from now on. It's this way every time I've been there."

"Club is almost always very, very busy. Staff here is nicer than any other sams club i have been in. The wonderful woman near the entrance today around 1:20pm was incredibly kind and wonderfully bubbly, absolutely made my day. The samples always get me spending more money than i meant to. Product quality is just astounding sometimes. The sushi is very good for grocery store sushi too."
