Walmart Pharmacy

"I have use this pharmacy for years. Today, they went above and beyond to be sure I had my medication to get through the day. They contacted my doctors office and fill my prescription within two hours. I am so thankful for awesome customer service!"

"Literally rude cashiers and some technicians. They've been rude to me everytime I've gone there, I can only imagine how much attitude they give to other people. Do NOT get your meds here. I'm so annoyed, that I wrote an actual review. I never write reviews unless it's super postive experience. All i have at this pharmacy is negative experiences. You're in costumer service, I get it because i work in customer service too. But if you're gonna treat people like that, then maybe that isn't the position for you. Work as a stocker or work in the grocery pick up thing so you don't have to deal with people as much."

"A nice store that’s well stocked and orderly. While it’s definitely one of the busier locations, I appreciate the variety of items they carry. In other words, this location stocks several items that other locations in the city do not carry. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I recommend this location. It is, however, one of the busier stores, but if you time it right, it’s not too bad."

"This Walmart pharmacy is one of the worse. I don’t know what they did with the other low reviews (purged them it looks like), but this pharmacy has nearly two stars overall before they hit reset. The problem I had with this pharmacy is that they would question me whenever I tried to refill my prescription. They were acting like investigators and automatically assuming I was abusing my prescription. The truth is I travel a lot and sometimes they fall on really bad dates for my traveling. Don’t go to this pharmacy, they tend to treat all people like criminals."

"The service I received at this Wal-mart is world-class and should be the golden standard for ALL pharmacies! Your staff should be commended! I don’t use the pharmacy often; when I do, it’s to pick up a prescription for a family member; usually one who has just undergone a medical procedure and is unable to pick up their own prescription. I drop off the new scrips and return to retrieve the medications. In case there’s a question, spending the day in a surgical waiting room being concerned, dealing with surgeons and other medical staff, etc, is never completely pleasant, even under the most routine circumstances. By the time they day is over, I’m often emotional, tired and hungry. I discipline myself that the best and fastest way to get in and out of the pharmacy is to remain polite, courteous, have all the answers and information ready and provided succinctly, yet I am also often tired and hungry and scared and really just want to get home to my family. Enter our current pharmacy. The staff is unfailingly rude. Family members have had their prescriptions there for over 20 years, and I’m not sure why, except for the proximity. I always dread going to the window, prep myself in advance for the third degree, bite my tongue and leave in a fury, amazed at the pettiness. So - enter Wal-mart. We had an emergency prescription called in for a pet, and the veterinarian recommended Wal-mart instead of the closer pharmacy. I’m so glad they did! I was greeted with a smile, they immediately knew who I was (circumstantial, I realize, but still nice), and assisted promptly. No being grilled; they even checked to ensure I had the necessary medical supplies to administer the medicine. WOW - mind blown! I was treated like a human being and a valued customer, even tho it was a small prescription and I didn’t even have an account, nor was I a repeat customer. Until now. I am informing the family that, going forward, any prescription I am asked to fill will be filled at Wal-mart. Well done, Wal-mart! And thank you, very much!"
