"Sams is great, so much better than Costco. More locations, better deals on everyday items, self checkout with your phone! And they don't make you show your card when you walk in the door like Costco does...Costco basically treats you like a criminal and even checks your face when you check out, too. Sams does none of that!"

"I am so glad I bought a membership. I needed a whole brisket for Christmas but I needed it cut. The young man in the meat department cut it in half for me. As tired as I am getting ready to host family. I can't say thank you enough to him for making a small miracle happen. The West Sam's Store rocks. The baker also is amazing everything I have ordered for special events so far has been so great. I can't beat the price anywhere else at the moment. Not to mention the staff has always been friendly and helpful anytime I go into the store."

"While it was crowded, the lines went fairly quick. People were somewhat polite. I enjoyed shopping the aisles looking for good deals. They already had Christmas decorations out & it's a month before Halloween. But they did offer some great items for decent prices."

"Friendly staff who are helpful. The product quality is great and the prices are generally competitive with other wholesale clubs. I enjoy shopping here. They often run great promotional deals. Always a good experience. I highly recommend. I do wish they offered more samples though. The only other down side is that as far as clothes, their sizes are geared toward bigger body sizes. I have yet to find my size in jeans or bottoms of any sort. I’m taller at 5’7” with a thin frame. It’s always a bummer though, because I like a lot of the things I find, but it’s all too big."
