"I had a great experience at glendimer apartments during my time in Pullman. Mr. John Burns was always a pleasure and easy to talk too. I can say that I never had an issue working with him. the apartments were roomy and clean a little old but not tacky. I would highly recommend the glendimer apartments especially for graduate students."

"A great landlord! John responds quickly to all phone calls. We had an issue with some water dripping, and John got on it immediately! No waiting for the next day or anything. He is very straightforward, professional, and reasonable. I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about my lease terms. The apartment was clean when we moved in. The layout is practical and very livable (even for two people!). The apartment complex is quiet and calm. Neighbors are friendly! Overall, I had a great experience living here. It's affordable, reasonable, and did I mention that John is fantastic?"

"I lived in these apartments for three years while I was a student at WSU. They are not very fancy, but for the price they are very well maintained and management is great! It was nice not having to deal with a property management machine and instead having a friendly landlord who was always understanding and willing to help with things. They were generally very quiet which is largely due to their location. Worth the extra distance from campus if you are a student."

The landlord is super nice and easy to work out things with. The repairs get done quickly. And best of all because it's not in "Apartment Land" for the most part people are quiet and respectful."

"The Glendimer apartments are a little far away from the center of town, but I lived here for a year, and I would highly recommend these apartments. The apartments are not brand new, but they are well taken care of, and the landlord, John, not only lives in the apartments himself, but he is by far the nicest and most helpful landlord I have ever had. He is a wonderful man, and having him as a landlord was a pleasure. Glendimer is one of the few rental groups out there that is really concerned with making their residents happy and creating a community within their apartments. I've never been more impressed with a rental agency!"
