"ATI is a very good motel that is close to WSU campus. It is an older facility in need of a remodel. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The are no amenities to speak of, you are paying for the location."

"Don’t visit these pirates. Go to one of the slightly more expensive hotels in town — you will pay the same price but actually get a good room. We arrived in town late and this was the only motel open. Google indicated the average price is $70, and they charged $138 for a room that had a dirty glove in a corner and towels of dubious sanitation. The comforter smells like it was forgotten in the washing machine for a day or two and not rewashed prior to drying. Likely permethrin use on the mattress and sheets, which is fine for many but my husband and I are sensitive to it. We each felt formications upon getting into bed, which evolved into prickles and numbness in some areas after a short time. It took a long shower and time for those to fully go away. If it’s not permethrin, I don’t want to know what it is. We did determine it’s not adult bed bugs. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with room status given the cost. Even at $70, I would have been extremely unhappy. Hard pass on ever coming here again. I should have read the reviews first. I would skip the scam and sleep in my car if I had to do it again, since that’s where I ended up sleeping anyway after abandoning the bed situation."

"Quick and easy! Nice room with a mini fridge, microwave, tv and nice bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely stay again! Thanks! GO COUGS!"

"Yeah... Just read the rest of the reviews. I booked through Expedia for two nights. I get here and they want an extra $40 for a deposit. The toilet was already warmed up for me when I got to my room. Even came with toilet paper and urine in it. How thoughtful."
