"The rooms are extremely clean and very nice. This was my second stay here, and I'll keep staying here on my visits to Pullman. It's really close to everything, and the staff is super friendly. The only weird thing about the room is the showers. They aren't fully enclosed, so it does get a little breezy when you're showering. The rooms have a very modern feel to them. They also have a pool and a hot tub. The breakfast is really good too. They have several options, like most continental breakfasts. They have a waffle maker, juices, yogurt, milk, and several hot food options."

"Nice location to the WSU VTH. My Pup had major surgery. The hotel is super close by. Was not aware of $8.00 a night for parking due to the hotel being on campus. This hotel is pet friendly as well. They also give you a small discount if your pet is at the WSU VTH. But they make up for the charge if your pet stays with you in your room $ 35.00 a night. They do knock $ 5.00 off if your pet is going to WSU VTH. Unfortunately, the people in the room directly above me had a toddler who ran across the floor constantly and dropped things that would sound like a crash in my room. Just my luck. Overall Hotel is ok. The bathroom in my room showed so wear & tear. I would stay there again if I had to."

"Came to Pullman for a combat robotics event with my family, the hotel is situated just about mid campus, close to everything we needed, Andrea at the front desk was very nice as well as the bartender Alana, these two really stood out,bas well as a very nice lady in the morning whose name i didn't catch, breakfast was nice only issue was not having syrup that wasn't sugar free. Pool and Jacuzzi were great for both kids and adults, open until 10 giving plenty of time after our event. Room was well appointed with a nice coffee machine and everything you need fridge wise, included hbo max and Netflix though the interface was a bit slow, overall really enjoyed the trip with a clean useful feel to the rooms and very helpful staff."

"Room had dirty towels in the shower, hair all over the bathroom floor, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker that had mold, food crumbs on the counters. It was the dirtiest hotel room that I've ever stayed in. The guy at the check-in counter was a complete jerk and clearly hated his job too. It's too bad it's so dirty, because the suites are large and comfortable."
