"Low income housing brand new apartment complex but they allow trash to destroy the place. If you live here this is what you can expect class in the parking lot don't let your kids play. Taxpayer money going to this garbage"

"I have lived here since the beginning as my family was one of the first to move into building A. I love it here and I hope to be here for awhile longer. This place was the home we brought my daughter home to when she was born. I can't say enough about how amazing this place has been for my family and I when we needed a leg up."

"Pretty decent low income apartment complex near the Walmart in Pullman. The design of the units are very nice and new. The only knock is the location is isolated below the cemetery and when it snows its a tricky scenario getting in & out."

"Pros: The apartments are extremely beautiful and the management is so helpful. They have helped me find the resources I need while waiting for disability to be approved. Cons: Unfortunately there are kids that steal packages, cause noise late at night (Which doesn't help my anxiety and already trouble sleeping), drug dealing, the kids mess and damage property, and other troublemaker behavior. Again I love the apartments and the management. Plus most people keep to themselves and are very kind, but recently more and more troublemakers have been moving in."

"I used to be so happy living here. Until they allowed drug users and kids who break into our homes and steal our mail. There have been so many of us who report with both police and CAC that we turn blue in the face. We either get told yes we have many people reporting them, but they continue to do nothing. I no longer feel safe."
