"My first experience with Vista, was a horrible one. For starters, applications are not cheap, $50 a person. The first woman I spoke to sounded pretty promising. So my small family waited for the application process to be finished with hope. Couple days go by and I finally receive a call. She started off ok, but wouldn’t give any details of WHY we got denied. I can ASSURE you very calmly, I asked a why, because we have never run into this problem before. The application asked for three years rental history…I gave them exactly that, she told me a had lack of rental history? And basically said it was my fault for not adding more (after giving them exactly what they asked for) then after I inquire about another thing in the report, she decides to raise her voice louder, started speaking over me, not letting me say one word in, and saying things like “you aren’t going to convince me otherwise” and “you can’t change my mind” ….I wasn’t even trying to change any one’s mind at all. What I was trying to figure out was what exactly went wrong and how I can fix it FOR FUTURE applications if need be. I was trying to figure out the problem I’ve never had before, to correct it, so my small family can get approved for a place to stay (elsewhere of course) Then the best part came along…she HUNG UP on me. I give my word, no one yelled at this woman, not one thing was said angrily, and no cuss words were thrown. I’ve had other apartment complexes be more helpful, without receiving one penny of my money. And after $100 later you would think she would at least point me in the right direction, so I wouldn’t run into it in the future. Needless to say I’m pretty upset, it was extremely unprofessional and frankly rude. My family is simply trying to secure housing, and basically all this woman could say to Me was your SOL."
