"There's always stress associated with a move, but Cheryl and the team at Affinity helped simplify the moving process. I worked with Cheryl when I was still in WA planning my move to Idaho. My move date was flexible as I had many last-minute details to iron out. I was accommodated every step of the way, from helping me book the guest suite for a few nights after I arrived to giving me an after-hours code to access my unit. Angel leads a top-notch maintenance staff and the team is always courteous and quick to respond. I love this maintenance-free lifestyle! Writing one check a month is ideal because all utilities and cable are included. I enjoy the activities, Happy Hour, special events, and especially the pool and hot tub. I'm grateful to be living in a quiet, clean, and safe place with friendly and helpful neighbors."

"My brother was looking for a place in Coeur d’Alene and from our first contact with Cheryl at Affinity, we knew this would become his new home! We toured the grounds, which includes an indoor pool and whirlpool, a movie theater, a pub, exercise room, craft room, library, billiards, and a great common space with full kitchen for large gatherings or just grabbing a cup of coffee. You can choose to be social and participate in all the activities offered. The apartments are lovely and the residents and staff are like one big family! I must have said at least 10 times that I would be very happy living there! Thank you Stacie and Cheryl for outstanding work in making my brother feel very welcomed!"
