"Ok….could’ve been worse. We felt that we moved into a really dirty house that they told us was move-in ready. When we moved out, we cleaned really well but they then NITPICKED our cleaning job. The house was definitely cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in."

"Honestly this is the worst company I’ve ever rented from. They constantly harass you. They make up complaints to come into your home. They don’t take care of repairs as it’s been a whole month of written notice that these things need to be repaired. They were discriminating on my age and asked how old my kids were and who was going to watch them while I was out of town or working. They stalked me on social media asking places I visited and who will be in my house when I’m on vacation. I will definitely be moving after my lease is up."

"started off great. never went through with the application process after 3+ weeks. super friendly the first time i went in. after weeks of waiting to hear back because they said they would call me and my roommate back i finally got a call. they offered me to pick my money up. they never went through with my application or my roommates. i went in to get our money and they acted like they had never seen me and or talked to me. ridiculous. i DO NOT recommend at all. there's no communication and they take a month plus to even get a call back."

"I had the worst experience with this company about ten years ago, and just now feel comfortable coming forward and sharing it publicly. I rented from them, and when I had to terminate my lease for very legitimate reasons, and provided them with the signature from my roommate allowing me to do so, they made jokes about my situation when they thought I was out of earshot and laughed at me. They are discriminatory, grandiose, and just plain unethical in their business practices. My dealings with the owners were abysmal and could be compiled into a list of “how not to run your business”. I will say some of the employees were very nice when I had to pay rent each month. I feel sorry for them for having to deal with such terrible ownership. My advice: seek rentals elsewhere!"

"My husband and I rented with this company for 6 years and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. As with anywhere you rent people are going to bad mouth the people that expect their money paid on time and in full, you signed that contract correct? You know your rent is due, correct? Then pay it when it’s due. If your rent goes up it could be a few different reasons, you are habitually late, you are causing issues with neighbors or just Imagine this one… The property tax went up and it’s called inflation which is out of the rental companies hands, it’s all in the landlord’s hands.If you want your deposit back then leave the place in better shape then when you received it. They are not fixing your problems with your rental the same day? Well they have numerous properties they are dealing with and it’s up to the owner of the property to fix it and in what amount of time. You’re dealing with a second party so it will take some time to fix. They’re mean to you? Have you checked your attitude? All in all they are human beings and just trying to do their job with little to no backlash from renters who expect too much. I would rent with them again and the office staff is amazing."
