"Great location, but horrible management service, and an AWFUL washer/dryer for the rent and fees charged. The management team doesn't answer the phone or emails on Friday or weekends and fail to do their job, including providing your internet service. Didn't have internet for FOUR DAYS because they forgot to click a button, and then tried to act like it was my fault. You need a smartphone to get in the front door. You can hear every sound in the hallway, like your neighbors coming home each night. But seriously, the washer/dryer abomination was the worst; can't believe they couldn't put in a regular washer and dryer for this "luxury" property. *End rant*"
"I looked into renting here when the doors first opened in late 2019 I believe. And I find it astonishing that the same “now leasing” sign has been out front since then. The management was not warm nor welcoming and all of the fees for this and that make it seem like jsut a money gouging business. I have heard nothing but lousy and disheartening reviews from current and past tenants about the lack of quality out into such “high end” living spaces. And the few “glowing” reviews aren’t from people who actually reside there. This business should lower its rates to the same price as the low quality it serves."
"When I tell you that I pay nearly $1700 a month for 500 square feet filled with appliances that simply don’t work, I’m telling you this is my reality. My hood was broken when I arrived. Wasn’t fixed until recently. My microwave broke & I finally was given a new one after a month. My toilet wouldn’t stop running & again, that wasn’t fixed for a while. Now, my washer/dryer is flooding with water on the inside & giving me an error message. I’ve tried to do a load 4 times now. For all intents & purposes, sure these apartments are beautiful but if nothing in them works, that’s a major problem. Apartments that are central to downtown like these should be top notch & they are far from it. I’m so done & I hate moving with a passion but I can’t wait to get out of this place."
"If you value any sort or peace and quiet during normal “quiet hours” DO NOT live here. The walls/floors are so thin you can hear every step, every cabinet open/close, and even every time the neighbor above you urinates! There are poorly enforced quiet hours with discretions pushed off as normal noise disturbance even when it results in your dishes rattling in the cabinets because the “normal” walking of your neighbors. The fiberoptic Internet is a fixed $115 monthly rate for an insecure/not private network that functions no different than wireless providers I’ve had for a much more reasonable rate. You don’t even have a sign in to use the internet, anyone can log onto it! You pay for the covered parking $50 a month. Both of these are non-negotiable and mandatory additional charges to the base rent rate you see listed. But the location in great. I will update this review once I am free of my lease 09/2021. Edit for reply from owner: I already spent hours while I lived there trying to bring these issues to your attention and was told it was normal and my options were to buy out of my lease and leave early. I don’t care to waste more of my time with management that does not listen."
"Agree with all the comments previously made regarding noise, lack of really any services provided by the management company and the terrible unsecured and expensive internet (shared and unsecured.......just like visiting Starbucks!!) I have to add that considering the price paid, the level of service is frankly appalling! If you call the office, don't expect a call back. Emails will go unanswered, and at best returned in more than a week. Our A/C went out in the middle of summer, and basically was not dealt with for 2 months!! THEY DON'T CARE. As long as you are paying your rent. The apartment was almost 100 degree's frequents, and they ignored us and the issue. If you choose to live here, you must really want to pay for the location and being close to downtown, because these apartments (and management) are awful and will not be providing anything that resembles service or looking after you as tenants."
