"Best apartments that I have ever moved into! When my partner and I had to move because our previous landlords wanted to raise the rent over %80 this was one of the only places I could find with a reasonable price that was centrally located and allows pets! I have had multiple questions come up and the apartment manager is very quick to respond. I don't usually leave reviews for my apartment complex but I have had multiple experiences where Apple way Apartments went above and beyond for my partner and I. Thank you for everything you guys do!"

"Since new ownership, we have seen a lot of changes for this place. Without a doubt I can say for the better. Parking is still a pain every now and then but isn’t a big deal to walk up from the street. Love the environment we have around here now and we look forward to using the grill! Just waiting for it to cool down a bit haha. Doing great apple way!"

"We moved into the apartments off of Howard in September of 2020. I have to say I am absolutely blown away. The management is quick to respond to you and any questions or requests or concerns and they are kind respectful courteous and really seem to care. The maintenance team is also kind quick to respond and on top of fixing any requests they have blown me away they even fixed my dryer when it stopped spinning and are just amazing. The neighbors are kind quiet peaceful and courteous and all around it really is just the best place to live. I was stand of fish at first because I have lived in a few other apartment complexes and had horrid experiences but these guys have truly turned my opinion of apartments around completely. Thank you Giles and the maintenance team you guys are seriously amazing and awesome and make this the best place to live!!!!"
