"The hostess Stacy and David were very proactive before and during our stay in preparing, answering any question we may had. The house is very cozy and tastefully decorated. My kids love the tree house and enjoyed walking anywhere in downtown."

"We rented this house in CDA for an early family Christmas celebration. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed even cookie trays for baking. There were three separate seating areas so we all had room to sit comfortably. The hot tub was very nice as well. The house is in a nice established neighborhood with a fenced backyard for our kids and our dog. This house was perfect for our family to share a nice get away."

"This house is so cute! Very well kept, clean, in the perfect location! Perfect 10 min walk to downtown and you’re right at the shops and the resort! The house has a hot tub, grill, fuse ball table and board games! The basement was great where the kids loved to hang out while adults hung out in the main level. Every level was well decorated and newly furnished. A few things to note, when we came, there was used body soap in the master shower that I had to throw out. We didn’t have extra garbage bags in that bathroom as well. Would also recommend getting a few pan sheets for baking and broiling etc. The one that was provided was completely flat with no lifted sides, where oil and juices can leak out of and into the oven. The hosts are truly so sweet! They made sure we were able to check in and check out to our schedule, they were so accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. They were truly great! Would recommend and will also be coming back!!"

"This home is very serene. Great location, within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping downtown CDA.It has a beautiful front yard, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. It’s also a short drive to many great farmers markets."

"The only negative thing I can say about our stay at Riverstone Village was that it wasn’t long enough! The condo was great for 6 guests, the beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the location was fantastic! Wednesday evening’s there is a Farmers Market to browse through, there are a few surrounding shops, loved the tea shop with amazing tea selections, and restaurants to dine in/outside and enjoy the views. A quick walk and you’re at the riverfront where you can walk, bike, dip your toes, or enjoy a picnic and watching the boats go by. There is also a large dog park along the water’s edge if your dog enjoys playing in the water. If you enjoy a brisk walk you’re not far away from downtown and the CDA lake for more shopping, restaurants, water sports, hiking, Tubbs Hill, the park is great for families and pets. The condo was perfect, would definitely recommend!"
