"Horrible. They couldn't pay me to stay here again. If you stay here for an extended period, plan on supplying your own towels, linens, trash bags, toilet paper, basically everything. They won't ever clean your room, unless you ask, and even then you usually wait a while. They're almost always waiting on linens to dry or whatever and if you want new sheets you better be prepared to change them yourself. The employees will steal from you, let random people in your room without your consent and love you one day but hate you the next. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, quickly."

"I stayed for over 7 months and had a very good experience here, I was sad to leave.. Place is clean and well maintained and the Staff is always on top of their game. Christina. Lucy, Allison and Kelsey made staying here feel like home..highly recommend!!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Michelle is awesome. The manager Christina? I think her name is. Ruins it for everyone. She's what you call a modern day Karen. In society. A lady had been sick the past couple days. And called the ambulance. And she got mad at the guest. Saying to not call the ambulance it makes the place look "trashy". And people don't wanna come there because they see an ambulance? The lady couldn't breathe!!! She is so delusional and heartless. Classless is an understatement. Made people leave because some investigation was going on that had nothing to do with others? There's a special place in hell for people like her. A guest Didn't have a table in the room for 3 days. Also a guest paid for a double room. And got assigned a single. And they wouldn't change it. They are incompetent. And trashy. What happened to the customer is always right? None of them have the qualities that people need in the service industry. Besides Michelle. I don't know how she puts up with the rest of them. And that other lady that's there. People like her don't go to college. Christina isn't an intellectual. She just wants to be. Calls the hotel. An economy hotel. Which it's actually nice. Goes to show she down talks her own property. And has no pride in it. None of them are ever at the window to help you either. And aren't helping housekeeping or doing anything productive but being on their phones except Michelle. They beg for good reviews from guests. Because they know they aren't good."

"I was treated very well by every person who works there. The staff are very caring and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my room. I want to mention Lucille and how she cared about me as a person. Michelle is fun-loving, honest and follows through with what she says she will do. Christina is an excellent manager and will do whatever she can to help with solutions to accommodate special needs. Kelsey is super friendly and has good ideas for things I needed help with. Mario in maintenance makes sure all of your items are working and your bed is comfortable. I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful treatment I received. Please take care of that great crew you have working with your company. They deserve it."

"The staff was warm, and thoughtful. The hotel was clean, and I had everything I needed. I'd also like to say THAT I LEFT EARLY, AND THEY CREDITED ME (QUICKLY) WITH A REFUND, without me even asking, much less having to put up a fight, as can happen at other places. It would have been nice to have a change machine in the laundry room, but I have no complaints."
