"After handling the dirtiest thing known to man (or woman), the guy that took order, and ran cash register, went right to the food prep area, and started working with fries. No washing of hands. Then to drive thru, then back to fries. I told them that was unacceptable, and demanded a refund. Then, offered a possible second chance. I explained how dirty money is, and offered gal if she eats those potentially nasty fries, then they could redo my order. She refused. Isn't there still an old saying: Do unto others, as they would do unto you? Obviously doesn't apply here. I will not return here. When they get paychecks for 0 dollars and 0 cents, is there any chance they'll even know what happened? Write off right thing to do. They'll probably just sue. Or join the homeless. Or street beggars. Then blaming their problems on reasons that are like fighting wars, that DO NOT exist, or imaginary wars, where victory, or defeat, was declared long ago. EVERYONE that they wrong should stand up and be heard. But NO, that's too much trouble."
"I took my children to McDonald's today for St. Patrick's day Shamrock Shakes and some playplace fun. One of the workers, Jocelyn, was so nice and was in the process of bringing our food out to us. I was actually on my way to the bathroom and met her at the door of the play area. I went to grab the tray from her, and being the fumble-fingers that I am, SPILLED THE LARGEST ONE OF THE SHAKES EVERYWHERE! It was a terrible mess. Jocelyn was super sweet about the whole deal, smiled, and told me not to worry about the mess. She even compted us a new shake! Thank you, Jocelyn. You made an embarrassing situation totally tolerable."
"This location consistently disappoints. When I'm there in person staff are complaining and often cursing loudly while doing so. They consistently cancel my McDelivery order but if I order through Door Dash there are no issues. Unfortunately being forced to order this way means I don't earn points and can use deals on the app which I would assume is why they always cancel my order through the app saying they are too busy to fulfill it. After dark this location is unsafe due to the homeless and addict population allowed to congregate outside. My advice is drive the extra couple of miles to a different location there this doesn't happen. I have attempted to talk to the store about this but they either don't answer the phone or tell me there is no one there to talk to about it."
"I wasn't particularly pleased with my experience, but on a side note. I'm glad this McDonalds sticks with the "Equal Opportunity Employment" policy. A little bit of constructive criticism though... Could the illiterate, or legally blind employees who have complications reading the order screens or assembling these orders be watched over? Maybe start a thing where if they get 5 orders correct they get a smiley face sticker by there name or something for motivation?"
