"Poor service, no employees were covering the front counter. All wanted to work drive through. Had to use the self order screen. The store was dirty and needed to be picked up. The dounuts seemed old and dry. Had to ask for my dounuts because no one wanted to get them!!! I expect a lot better!! Other Dunkin's have much better service and is cleaner! Also, the manager didn't seem to care ; the drive-through was the only priority!"
"Officially done going to this location. They don’t know what good customer service means. When a guest says the drink tastes off you probably shouldn’t talk over the headset about the guest complaining where the guest can hear you. I’m not going to pay $6 for a drink that doesn’t taste right."
"This location is lacking in customer service. I placed an order through the app and was not greeted for 15 minutes standing at the counter. When I explained my pickup order was scheduled for 15 minutes prior the employee walked away and returned with cold food and no explanation, she just walked away and threw down the bag. I don’t typically write negative reviews since I understand fast food is largely understaffed and is a lot of work, but I’ve never encountered such poor customer service at Dunkin’."
