"Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Then was given the completely wrong order and wrong drink. To top it off the 3 out of the 4 wrong items weren’t even hot!! Didn’t get a receipt and it wasn’t even asked if I wanted one. I understand it’s late and night and that everywhere is understaffed I work customer service for a living so I get, but at the same time it’s your job to get the orders correct and out in a timely manner"
"I have went to this location many times and there were more than a few occasions where they appeared very understaffed or not properly in control of the situation to handle all the customers they were receiving. I also regularly feel like some of the people working at the drive through have been regularly unfriendly, such as not even saying anything to me. I once went inside to a lot of the staff joking around in the back while they completely ignored me for awhile. I don't blame them for being understaffed at times, and I don't think they should be super happy and attentive at all times to customers, but I feel as if being outwardly unfriendly, unorganized and ignorant of customers relatively often has made me not want to return to this location as much as nearby other McDonald's."
