"I’ve stayed here at this location at least 7 times in the past 10 months going back and forth between Texas and Minnesota caring for family. I’m typically pretty picky about the places I stay and this has by far been the best place I’ve stayed at throughout my travels. I make a point to book this location on my way home every time now. The rooms are always pristine, the bed is always comfortable no matter which room it is and the staff has always been kind and attentive. I highly recommend staying at this location. Also, out of all the times I’ve stayed here there was only one time the lobby had anyone in it for a sporting event, so that’s not a typical problem."

"I’ve stated at this hotel in the post and recently stayed on a Thursday night and Linda checked us in and was the sweetest person! She deserves a raise. We returned the following Sunday and after waiting for someone to show up at the front desk for 36 minutes, we were met by Alyssa who was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered when checking into a hotel. I said hello 3 times and she stared at me. Didn’t say anything back and didn’t even smile. She wouldn’t let us leave our things while we waited to check in. Several other guests in the lobby shared the same sentiment about Alyssa and her attitude. This is the hospitality industry and this woman should not be working in any hotel. I’m giving it a one star review because of Alyssa certainly not because of Linda"

"I stayed there for 2 nights and the front desk lady named Linda! Was absolutely amazing and so kind, she got me checked in very quickly and made my stay very comfortable and in the middle of the night when my baby ran out of milk, she provided some when she didn’t have to so I didn’t have to leave in the middle of the night, also every time I went to the lobby she was so sweet and was always cleaning and working hard. I definitely recommend this hotel as there staff were more than amazing"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Very nice people at desk and helpful. Our room was pristine and everything was new and beautiful. I am very picky so Belize when I say this. The coffee was not hot and wish they served earlier than 7 as we had athletes who needed to get to their tournaments. Besides that I highly recommend. We will def stay here again."

"The rooms are nice, the hotel is fairly new. Outside is a bit of an issue. There are no trash cans anywhere and as a result, the property is littered with trash outside. They allow pets, which is nice, but again, no trash cans so people don't pick up the dog poop because there's no where to dispose of it. As a result, there's dog poop everywhere and it smells. Also, the back of the door says that checkout is at noon but it is actually at 11. The front desk clerk was kind enough to call us and inform us, which sped up our check out routine which was fine. In all, there are a lot better choices in the area for the money."
