"I wish I could love this location. This is the second time my check in hasn't secured my room. I have NEVER had this problem at any of my Hilton stays except this location. Idk what is going on but it's frustrating to pick my room (I prefer to stay on the top floor) then come to the front desk and not be able to stay where I picked. The lady at the front desk just looks at me like I'm crazy when she notices I'm not happy. Rolls her eyes and makes wide eyes at me. She said me picking room isnt a guarantee. That doesn't make any sense to me at all. Why is it an option if that room won't be available? I travel every other week to wichita and I'm so close to platinum I could smell it. Idk how to fix this but again it's only ever at this location. Something needs to be addressed. I really want to utilize this location for the windsurge games when they start but I'm not sure I can handle the lady at the front desk again."

"I love the home 2 suites hotel chain. They are very modern, clean and always have great service. The lady at breakfast time even offered me different options because of my diet restrictions, she went above and beyond and was very sweet. I wish I would have gotten her name but Unfortunately I didn't. Rooms are great, only downfall is the 3 pillows I had on my bed were too soft, no option on Firm. Other than that, always a great experience"

"I stayed here for a work trip. I loved this hotel, amazing breakfast bar, my room was nice and the front desk staff is so great. Katre was my favorite but they were all nice. The seating areas outside in the front and back are both so nice at night time"

"PROS: - Staff is super friendly and accommodating. - Room and hotel common areas were very clean and well-maintained. - Breakfast included high quality food items (I see you Chobani!) and condiments/toppings. - Mokas Coffee right across the parking lot, and several great restaurants within walking distance. - Washers/dryers on-site (surprise because not listed on the website). - Lobby is very spacious, inviting, and comfortable. CONS: - Rooms have zero sound dampening. I heard every elevator ding, conversation in the hallway, and kids running up and down the hallway for hours on end, and neighbors above me clomping around at all hours of the night, crystal clear. - Power went out early in our stay (beyond staff control), but hotel wifi and several circuit breakers were down for hours after power restoration. Had to drag the refrigerator to an outlet in the living room so I could keep my food and drinks cold. - The room A/C units do not seem to be sealed well on the outer wall - strong winds blew frigid air into my room the entire stay. - Water pressure is nonexistent in the bathrooms due to flow restrictors installed in the shower heads and sink. Overall, this was a good hotel for a two-week stay. I wish I could give my stay five stars, but the room sound issue and the water pressure sneakiness are deal-breakers for me. I do not think I will be returning for those reasons."

"Hotel common areas and entrance were very clean and coffee bar was stocked at all times. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel but there was plenty to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. King suite was very nice. It had a large refrigerator, full sized microwave and a dish washer for the dishes that were available in the room. Great location just west of downtown with plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Over all, we enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay there again."
