"Overall a reasonable choice but some areas are really worn, like the pool area, and there are really bossy signs everywhere i.e. don't open this, don't touch that, don't use this to refill your water bottle. OK, maybe some guests are annoying but the signs everywhere seem like overkill. One set of signs says any food or drink in the pool area will result in guest privileges being revoked -- you are kicked out if you have something as simple as a bottled water, apparently. I've never seen signs like this anywhere else."

"This hotel is old dirty and creepy. When we walked in about 7pm a homeless person jumped out of the bushes and followed us in and slept on the floor in the hotel. Also they must let the homeless live in the hotel rooms. We had a non smoking room that clearly had been smoked in. I can’t even tell you how gross these rooms are!!! We had 3 rooms and 3 different couples."

"Love this place! My husband has had multiple surgeries and appointments over the last few months. We love in Nyssa. So when we have surgery or early appointments we stay here. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is amazing!"

"Front desk were cheerful, friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Clean enough. Sheets felt nice. Pillows were great. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast spread. Only thing missing are towel racks in the bathroom"

"Great service from Isabel at the front desk! Very professional and accommodating. The rooms are clean and nice and parking feels safe. I left the "rooms" at 4 star because the toilet seat made a lot of noise as its not secured to the floor.. it was strange. Otherwise, great hotel!"
