"Was not a bad stay, the one night we had people next to us, you could pretty clearly hear them talking, which wasn't a big deal aside from it almost felt like they were in our room at times when it sounded like they where talking in a pretty normal tone not yelling or anything. My biggest complaint would definitely be the wifi. It seems like every 20 minutes, you'd have to disconnect the TV and reconnect it, which was pretty annoying, especially the last day when we spent most of the time in the room relaxing from all our weekend activities trying to watch movies. I will definitely stay here again, though it was a nice and clean place. Super great location. we basically walked to everything we did because this was so close to it all *** additional comment after owner reply*** Was going to let you know this morning, but we checked out before anyone was in the office!"

"$12.00 additional cost for parking. The parking area is so small that if you go out you will return with no parking spot. The office is closed until 11:00 AM. Ridiculous. Room 209 is a lot smaller than the room on the web site. One foot clearance between the end of the bed and the dresser. One day the room is $81.00 the next day $150.00. Visa dispute is trying to help me."

"The room was dingy and the shower had chipped enamel and looked very dirty. I was charged extra for a “makeup stain” on a hand towel and on the sheets. When I asked they said it was “room damage” although the threadbare bleached towel and sheets are not a part of the room itself. While the location is decent being charged to park in their lot and for getting makeup on their sheets is enough to put me off of this hotel and to make sure that those I know do not stay here either."

"Great location as you are in “downtown” so it’s walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, lakefront. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and although our room was tight next to Sherman Ave the street was quiet during the night. It’s a kinda self serve hotel as the staff hours are short - no one was on duty 8:30 am Thursday when we checked out. They charge $12 for parking, no breakfast."
