"Oh don't get me started. I actually planned to make a complaint to the AMA...but I was 2 busy being sick after I injured myself but I didn't have a dr because I was so TRAUMATIZED by the treatment I received from Dr/Mommy dearest. I have PTSD & could not bring myself to go to a Dr. even after I injured myself. Pathetic. I ran my experience by a Dr. my son was seeing & he just rolled his eyes and said yeah his mom runs the office. Abominable. My son had broken his jaw. It was wired shut. He had an appt at the hospital, so I wasn't sure if he was going to be able to make it to his follow-up appt. w/the Adam's Family. I called w/IN the proscriptive time to not be PENALIZED by paying $25. So on our appointed day I made my way over to Dr. Williams' off on my bicycle after dying my hair purple. My son was supposed to meet me. He was a little bit late but not past the turn-away point. He had walked ALL the way across town from Pullman High School in the BLISTERING heat w/a wired-shut jaw. DON'T ASK ME suddenly from out of nowhere Miss Mother announced that "we" had bad habits. I had absolutely no idea of what she spoke. It was TOTALLY off the Wall. Then she threatened to call the Police on me if I did not leave her reception area immediately. Much to my chagrine I was forced to tell my son that we had been denied entrance upon his arrival. ACCORDING to his mother, or so Dr. W said in his LETTER to me, I had threatened his mother. She's FOS. I hesitate to tell the truth in fear of retaliation to my daughter who remains his patient to my dismay. She's very polite but I'm a very kind person. She needs a dermatologist. Saranara. Aloha"
"Dr Williams has been a wonderful Doctor for me. His staff has been extremely helpful also in helping me with my L&I claim. He takes time with his patients and I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. I would recommend him to anyone."
"I have been going to Dr. Williams monthly for about a year now. Both him and the staff are great, always being friendly and helping. He's always quick to see me from when I come in, and helps me follow up with any labs/consults as well. Great guy and would definitely recommend!"
"This is an unprofessional establishment. The office staff are going to have a hard time creating a client base when the Dr.'s mother keeps discharging patients. It is very unprofessional for the staff to tell patients what their personal relationship is with the doctor. I was discharged as a patient because asked if I could speak with the doctor about my test results. She rudely exclaimed that I must come in, I asked her to be less rude, she said she is his mother, I should be less rude and I should find a new doctor. What doctor allows a patient to be discharged, by his staff in the middle of a medical investigation, without even speaking to them? Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Happy Doctor Hunting"
"Word of advice: Be sure to address him as "Dr. Maxwell Williams." I was discharged for failure to do so, according to my insurance company. No warning. No pre-knowledge. No written policy on what constitutes dischargeable behavior. No 30-day notice. No request for corrective behavior. And I don't recall addressing him in his office although my email account did not use the courtesy title. Business connections have had similar experiences, I now know after-the-fact."
