"I went in with bad cold/ flu like symptoms. Getting an appointment was easy, and I was able to basically walk in which was nice. However, they saw all my symptoms and heard how much pain I was in and just told me to sleep it off. Take some ibuprofen! Well I couldn’t sleep. I was so weak and tired with full body aches, a headache and a terrible sore throat I couldn’t do much of anything. Took my three hours to muster the strength to walk 10ft down my hall and get water. And because its a Friday, I can’t get any more help until probably Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. So now I am completely screwed and fighting an illness with ibuprofen. Not a fan."

"Honestly anyone can do better than this clinic. They take forever to actually give you answers and the doctor I saw never even ended up referring me to Pullman regional until I called to ask what was up. They don't really care about their patients here and it clearly shows. This should be your last resort for medical help. It shouldn't take over a month of back and forth visits to actually get a diagnosis."

"Refused to prescribe any ADHD medication while I was a graduate student. I'm now taking atomoxetine (not even addictive and has no potential for abuse) after graduating and seeing a different doctor and my ADHD is miraculously manageable now. Thanks for the unnecessary pain and suffering, WSU. They also charge you for parking now, and they don't waive it for patients, which is obvious abuse of sick people who need to use a car to visit the doctor."

"Service is pretty good, but would recommend using a different pharmacy. Very hard to keep track of their hours during breaks which makes it hard to transfer/refill prescriptions."
