"I've been having trouble finding where I can express my concerns, so I guess here is best. This hospital consistently bills my insurance incorrectly and has for the last 2 years. I've had to call every time I've received an EOB to ask them to reprocess the bill. Lately, I've had to wait in lines for privacy, but nobody at the front desk or check in desks pays attention until I'm actually right in front of their desk, or asking them to check me in. Lastly, I'm so tired of driving around this hospital to look for patient parking just to find that the front entrance is closed, and they ask me to walk all the way around to the emergency exit where there is no patient parking. Let me know in advance that I need to enter in the back door. Bill my insurance correctly. Look up from your phone if you work at a desk. I love the service I receive from my doctors, but lately I've had so many other complaints and nowhere to submit them. I'd like to stop wishing I had another option in town."

"I was impressed with the service at Pullman Hospital. My daughter needed surgery and Dr Visgar was willing to do it. I was worried about care because she has ASD and that can be a tricky thing. The doctors, nurses, and anesthesiologist along with everyone else did a great job of keeping her pain free and calm. The service was supreme. I’d recommend this hospital over some of the BIG ones. Thank you"

"I went in for a stomach pain w that unbearable. the nurses kept suggesting that i was either drinking too much or taking drugs, they asked not only once but multiple times and i said no every time. they were just rude and i heard the nurse that was helping me talking about me and making fun of me out in the hallway to the other nurses. very rude and disrespectful. i ended up leaving AMA because i had never felt like such an inconvenience at a hospital before. i ended up going to a different hospital in spokane and it ended up being a stomach ulcer. front office ladies were super nice and helpful but the actual nurses were so rude."

"Not a great hospital. Constantly lose my paperwork (lost my lab orders, ended up wasting 40 minutes of my time). Not to mention the fact they mis diagnosed my cancer 4 times and said I have allergies and to go home. Luckily my primary caught it. I just wish the attitudes of the staff and health care professionals was better and didn’t treat everyone like dumb drunk college student. Regularly disappointed with this place, today unfortunately was no different"
