"Made a reservation online through the Enterprise site as I always do. Had the person at the office call me the morning of and tell me he didn't have any cars for me and I shouldn't book last minute (it was the day before). I asked him for the corporate number and he told me there was nothing they could do. He says he had 12 reservations and only 3 cars on the lot, which turned out to be a lie. He restated that I shouldn't book last minute, that he wouldn't have a car for me, and that he had the final say. Ultimately my reservation that I was counting on was cancelled without my doing about 1.5 hours before pickup. Definitely will not use enterprise from here on."

"My insurance company recently reserved me a car rental through Enterprise following an automobile accident and overall my experience was fair. When I picked up the rental everything went smoothly...the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. In addition, they assured me the car had been completely sanitized as a result of COVID-19 (which I greatly appreciated). When I returned home with the rental I noticed a few ants crawling on the outside of the vehicle and also on the inside of the floorboard. I really didn't think anything of it, I figured the previous renters left crumbs which attracted the ants. But just a few short hours later the outside of the car was covered in ants and the inside was also covered. Needless to say, I drove to work with ants crawling all over me. The following morning I called Enterprise and spoke with Brian who was extremely help! He drove from Pullman to Moscow and dropped a new rental off at my home. He seemed a little shocked by the entire situation and said he had never seen anything like it. The second rental had no problems! I only dealt with Brian and each time I spoke with him he was professional and kind. The events surrounding my need for a rental were a bit stressful and he made dealing with my auto insurance company easy. It was nice to have him communicate with me throughout the process. Minus the creepy crawlers, I would recommend Enterprise and would rent with them again."
