"The staff was very nice and it is a great office. It was a really nice visit and I enjoyed being able to access healthcare easily. However, I received a surprise bill in the mail from an out of network lab for services that I did not consent to having done or known about at this Planned Parenthood. I called the billing department and asked if I could speak to someone, and they said they would call me back. That was over a month ago and I have heard nothing back. I'm really disappointed that they would do this, and especially do testing that I did not agree to do or even knew about. I really hope whoever goes here gets informed about everything that will happen during their visit, because I did not."

"Making an appointment online was pretty easy, they even had one spot open at 5:30pm so I could go after work. The questionnaire before the visit was very thorough and I loved how inclusive and non-judgmental it was. I just needed routine preventative care, and the entire thing only took 30 minutes! At my typical doctor's office I'm used to waiting at least 30 minutes, more likely an hour, before even getting into an exam room, then another lengthy wait for the doctor. At the visit they were thorough and asked me about topics unrelated to the reason for my appointment, which I love because it helps everyone if holistic care is the standard. They gave me time estimates and updated me along the way, and insurance covered everything. Very transparent. Some reviews say since they live in Idaho they can't come here, which isn't true. I would 100% recommend this clinic."

"Worst customer support. I went in to get some birth control pills and they said it would be covered for people without insurance. I then get a bill in the mail for over $100. Annoyed, I visit the building itself to discuss my options and it took the front desk lady 20 minutes to type in my information?? She gave me a little piece of paper with a website address to go to. I type in the address to the website - it doesn't take me anywhere but the generic planned parenthood website. How was that helping me???? Out of frustration, I pull together the money and pay. Now with my new job and insurance being in the mix of things- they won't let me add the insurance card. I'm not coming back here for anything :)"

"I really felt like this clinic actually cared about me and my health! Super friendly and they even offered to do diabetes tests! I had no idea they even provided that service. Went in for birth control shot, very easy staff. They even gave me a free snack and a juice pouch for the blood draw! They also set me up with a telehealth nutritionist. I felt really comfortable and understood. Way better than other clinics I've been to."
