Serious - very knowledgeable, go to the root of problem and have not tried over-selling anything. Inspected the vehicle and thoroughly shared away. Took time to explain things. Just had to wait in line for appointment but that's what you get when their service is so good. Very happy to have found a great mechanic in Derby.
