"Brad and Donna were my saviors! Driving through Kansas to visit family, I had car trouble on the highway. Called D&B about 10 minutes before closing. They both stayed until I limped my car to their shop. Ended up going to another shop simply because D&B had so much business and I had a super tight timeline. "Went in for a brake job and was left with a bolt being loose on the left front side caliper. Took my car here expecting to not have to clean up their work when they got finished. I tried to call and have them take a look, but they sounded more interested in quoting me for a new brake caliper. Jacked the car up myself and found the bolt being completely loose. I also found a metal hook that is used to hold light fixtures. If that fell off, someone would've gotten a flat tire from it. I tried asking them to take a look like I said, but instead of owning up to their mistake and working with me on my time.... they would rather schedule whenever was easiest for them. Will never work with them again and I suggest you take your car and money to a shop that will give you quality work."

I called and Brad said to swing by on my way home if I could. Brandon was able to come out immediately and see that the fan wasn't working. Got it to start and pulled it into the shop to fix the connection. Thanks guys!"
