"Had my CV joints replaced in May. My trans just went out and I’m getting a call that my CV joints are also bad. When auto masters installed the cv joints they punctured the boot and they’ve been slinging grease everywhere. I live in oklahoma and without a transmission the car is immobile. Called auto masters as to getting at least parts refunded for the cv joints they messed up and they would fully cover them if I bring the car to them. 2 hours away. The car won’t drive but since I can’t bring the car to them they won’t do squat. Save yourself the trouble. They can’t practice good business. I know labor can’t be refunded but why am I paying for parts that obviously weren’t put in right and went bad in a less than a year."

"The guys there need to learn customer service and not treat females like they are stupid. One guy came over to McDonald's on k 15 and when we told him we couldn't figure out how to get our portable jumper connected he rudely said "you got to hit start button to start up" we know that's what you're supposed to do. Poor customer service and will never use them to repair our vehicles"

"Recently had a alternator replaced here, it was very labor intensive with the location. It took them approximately 8hrs when originally told 3 which is fine. The issue that I had was the tech forgot to reinstall radiator hose clamp which left us stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck. But the next morning they hopped right on our vehicle and fixed the issues and ran it through a battery of test to make sure everything was working correctly."

"Good Price and Fast Service! Took my Work van in to have the rear Shocks replaced. Staff was very friendly and upfront. They even drove me home and picked me up when the work was done, which was done fast (less than 4 hours). Van is driving smooth and no more excessive bouncing, hard slamming or crunching and crunching sounds!! Very happy and will be back for future repairs!"

"Communication and time efficiency are first rate. I’m happy so far. Time will tell. At this point, after a pretty big job done, I plan on using them again when the time comes. Auto mechanics is a virtual mine field so to say I’m pleased with the service, price, and results enough that I will return is a big deal. They’ve earned a measure of confidence and I am grateful for that. It’s close to my home which is another plus. They will drive you home and then come back to get you if needed which speaks to their earnestness. I recommend you try them. I sincerely doubt you’ll find a better place for your car repair needs."
