"I made an appointment, but that doesn't seem to matter since I still had to wait for over an hour for an OIL CHANGE. Part of the reason for that was because their text alert didn't work. No one bothered to tell me that they don't carry the air filter for my car, or that my battery has corrosion, or that my tires were all low... you know, important stuff for me to know and a missed opportunity for Walmart to make a sale. Thankfully, I went over the receipt, so I can take my car to a real mechanic."

"I went there at 6.45 as they open at 7. The guy who came first made me travel to my car while it was raining. I requested him to let me get out from the shop side as it was raining but did not care. After that he reached to my car at around 7.30 and I had to stay inside my car for 30 min. After they started fixing others car, and did not have enough people to take care of the cars. It is a waste of time, at least that’s what I think."

"Went in bought an air pump get home and grr it is missing the end piece of the 12v adapter plug in part. So I guess go back tomorrow get replacement one or a refund. All good though staff was great. I'll update tomorrow depending on outcome."

"Was told one thing on phone to be turned away when we got there. Had tires on phone then didn't have tires inside. We've always had a good experience with automotive department, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. This last time, it was highly frustrating."

"The work is good, specifically an oil change, which is also reasonable as far as price goes. However, the guy at the counter was super rude and I could hardly understand anything he said. On top of that, I was supposed to get a text notifying me when they were done, but I most certainly did not."
