"I took my Chevy Sonic in to fix a coolant leak, in the process of fixing the coolant leak they broke a bolt off in the head, they attempted to extract the bolt, but were unsuccessful. They offered to replace the engine or head but quoted me $9K and $5K. They then charged me for the work they had completed before destroying my head. I drove the car in and had to get it towed home, so that’s not quite what I was expecting. Considering legal action."
