"I am a new customer of Verizon and when I was in a jam, they helped me out. I was able to get a phone fairly quickly and staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I would like to give a special thanks to Casey for all of his help when I needed it. If I had one gripe, it would be the price of having a single line compared to having multiple lines. Its quite pricey but the quality is much better than other phone companies. All in all, I'm happy to be with Verizon."

"These guys went over and above to help me get an online order mix up fixed. It took one of their salesmen and myself 3 visits and almost 5 hours of phone time with the main office to figure out the messed up order and get it right but they did it. Thier customer service went. Over and above!"

"Isaiah did me dirty. More concerned about getting their commission then helping their customers. They they attempted to port my phone number over from a different carrier telling me it would be active by 5:00 p.m. eastern time. What that really was was a cover to get me to go away so he could sell a phone to someone and get a greater commission than a change of service. I had to come in the next day to get my stuff fixed and they wasted a lot of my time causing me to miss multiple things."

"If I could give negative stars I would waited almost 2.5 hours manager was telling customers they was short staffed and it was gonna be a long wait however 5l4 employees they would help one customer and disappear to the back room for 15+ minutes. Then come out and repeat the process horrible customer service"
