"The staff at this del taco location goes above and beyond. One morning i wanted an item and it was not available yet. They were apologetic and offered to give me a free drink for the trouble! It really was not a big deal that they didn't have what i wanted but i really appreciated the gesture! I love the birria! I hope they bring it back!"

"At 2:40pm today I pulled up to the drive through, there was nobody in front of me. I was told to wait to place my order. Two minutes later, still nothing but silence, so I said "Hello" and was told to continue to wait. By this time, 5 other vehicles were lined up behind me. I left and spent my money at Taco Bell. Would you people PLEASE STOP HIRING MORONS who couldn't care less about customer service? What exactly is SO difficult about taking an order and putting it in a bag? And why are your worthless employees so bad at it? Clearly this is a failure of management."

"So I was doordashing Friday and it was super hot went into del Taco for doordash order and while I was waiting patiently the Manager Brittani noticed how hot I was because I didn't have AC in my car and offered me a drink while I waited she made me their new Independence Shakes one with poppers and one w/out poppers hard-working crew and friendly management &staff"

"This location has just been getting worse. We’re never given any sauces we ask for and the fries are disgusting, cold, mushy, and undercooked. This time they were pretty much inedible. It was a waste of money."
