"They helped me so much . Norrman, 1 of the managers was so kind that I will make it my main auto parts store."
"It's the go too for me personally. The only reason I've not rated a five star is I've had my account and have had zero points. So that means for all these years going into Auto Zone the customer service/ cashiers have not successfully promoted to customers the deals on savings."
"I'm only giving 2 stars because Nathaniel at the store and the online order customer support person were very nice. I ordered a battery for delivery to my house because my car battery was out completely. Autozone quickly took my order and sent it out for delivery. While sitting on a lawn chair in my garage I tracked my order. My son and daughter were both in the house too. When the driver was about 3 minutes out, it suddenly said delivered. I called customer support, who looked into and said that because no one answered the door, the driver left. Well... I know I didn't fall asleep in the garage, which you have to pass to get to the front door. Online service said they probably went to the wrong address, and the order was canceled. Not cool. Two things could have been done. One, the driver and store had my phone number and could have called or texted. I would have given her instructions to get there. And two, a proper response when they found out it was Autozone's fault find an alternative. Here's a suggestion for proper customer service. Don't suggest I drive 9 miles to the store to pick it up. I used delivery service because my battery was out. That's just common sense. Here's what should have been done. Verify my address, hop in your delivery truck, and take the hit on the delivery cost to do the right thing. Good Lord and yeesh. It's the customer (me) who had been put out."
