"Moxie employees always ask me to tip before I receive my hot white chocolate mocha, then when I finally get to take a sip of said hot coffee, once it’s cooled down, it’s burnt and has zero flavor. This happens constantly. Avoid here: Expensive drinks, shamed into tipping, and disgusting products. Save yourself the time and money!"

"Edit: since the Cholula will be coming back I will change my review to 5 stars. The Barista at the counter said they no longer carry it but I'm glad to hear it will be coming back. ......I was coming here all the time and would get a breakfast wrap and a coffee but they stopped carrying Cholula to go with their breakfast wraps. The wrap was mediocre at best but Cholula makes everything better. Since you switched to tapatio I will no longer be coming here."

"Honestly, I used to be a huge advocate for Moxie. I even used to work there. There’s only a few employees who are kind when I’ve come through this location. The rest are short, barely say anything to you and are grumpy. The atmosphere is just stuck up and snobby a lot of times. I just came through today and they used my free drink on the cheapest one. That kind of defeats the purpose of the free drink. I was hoping to use my free one on the large (it was for someone else) and so I got a small for myself, but they still wouldn’t let me use the free punchcard on the large and asked if I would just like to save it for another day. I said no, because I didn’t have the money to buy both of the drinks today… hence the free punch card and the other small drink… The girl at the first window was okay, but the girl handing out the drinks at the second window barely said two words to me and only mumbled for me to have a good day after I said thank you. Unfortunately, working there is no better. The employees aren’t treated very well by those in leadership positions. An unfair amount of workload goes onto the lesser paid employees. I’m really not one to normally leave a bad review, but through working there AND being a paying customer myself, I’m tired of giving moxie my business. It’s disappointing since their location is much closer and convenient to where I live, but I’d much rather spend the extra 10-15 minutes driving somewhere else."

"Best coffee shop in town. All the staff are wonderful and kind. The atmosphere is what an original coffee shop should be like. Laid back, great coffee, tasty snacks, (morning glory muffins are #1) and good company!! Dont forget to tip!"
