"What is actually wrong with this place? Breakfast is usually pretty spot on, only had one mistake in the 3 months I've been coming by in the mornings after night shift. But grabbing dinner here tonight? A burger so sloppily made I'd have assumed my 12yo made it when he was 6. And so full of condiments it can't even be picked up without ruining some fabric, somewhere. I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee too, and got a medium without the extras I paid for. I drink coffee like I breathe air. I can tell when you dont put something in it. I don't want y'all to 'make this right'. But I do want y'all to do better than this sopping wet, over sauced, greaseburger the next time I catch a case of the Stupids and come in for dinner. Edit after I got home and attempted to eat it regardless: the top and bottom bun were entirely soaked in grease, so much so that it fell apart when I tried to pick it up, and a mass of toppings slathered in condiments plopped onto the clamshell carton, which was soggy already from grease. I don't expect anything fancy from fast food, but I do expect that the food I order, and pay you money for, to be edible at the very least."
