"Your front desk Rep was very helpful. She showed care & concern for those waiting by keeping everyone updated on why they may be having a longer than expected wait time. She also offered hospitality in pointing people towards the free hot coffee that was made that morning. Other representatives up front assisted families with children by providing free coloring books and crayons for them to keep them occupied."

"Quite possibly the worst ever primary health I’ve ever went to. I went with the complaint of strep throat and after their machine she bragged was so up to date and new, but came back negative then I was told I have HERPES by Nurse Practitioner Sandra. I then went to another urgent care the same night and came back positive for strep. Maybe when a patient is telling you what they have, you should listen to them. It feels absolutely impossible to receive any sort of help from these people, even when you advocate for yourself all they will do is shut you down. I will never come back and strongly suggest you do the same. Also I strongly suggest to the staff they get their machine updated and looked at since it is giving out false negatives. And I strongly suggest Sandra not to tell a patient they have herpes, when they indeed have strep."

"The front desk was quick, cheerful, helpful and polite. The back office was informative, listened to me, and even though it was very busy I was seen in a timely manner. The person who called me back was especially helpful and extremely competent. She made the visit go very smoothly."

I was prescribed medication and my cough is better. I was happy with my experience and felt better after leaving."
